Excellent hosting choice for modded servers.
The pricing is a little high, but overall worth it given the specs, customization and great customer service. This was my first time paying for a hosting service, and after some research I decided to look at this one. Though not as well known as Shockbyte, there are many good reviews for DedicatedMC. The community is friendly, and the staff and owner are nice. I paid $37 AUD for a "premium" server, and they have their own panel/interface to setup everything. Customer service was helpful and responsive and they helped me setup a heavily modded server. Everything was setup within an hour, after they helped me though the steps. Despite 50-60 mods being installed, the server went up in around 30 seconds. I can maintain a constant 5-bar connection in game with very good ping and no lag whatsoever.
