No UK base, slow to deliver, difficult to return
Be aware, this is a Chinese company with no base in UK, so returning an item is a complete pain - I was given a choice of posting back to France, Germany, Spain, USA or Australia., and covering the cost of postage. The top I ordered was a very light summer one, it took two whole months to arrive and unfortunately was too big so I hoped I could exchange it for a smaller size. I was told I had to return it first and then reorder the size smaller. This would mean that, by the time the parcel gets back to one of the warehouses abroad, and, if they are as slow to deliver as they have been, the item would not get here until after our summer has finished, and would be of no use. So I have taken it to dressmaker to make smaller, costing another £40. A really expensive way of buying clothes. Thats the last time I’ll be ordering from them.
