Your drapes were made beautifully,
Your drapes were made beautifully, However they did not work for the look that I was going for!! Unfortunately, I plan to return them, If I had known the process that I would have to go through, I would never have bought them!!! You have to have a printer to print off your return label & your return has to be returned by Fed Ex!! Not a problem if you can print off your label & have your package picked up!! I do not have a printer & the nearest Fed Ex to me is an hour away. So I’m in the process of trying to find someone or a business to print off the label & hopefully save me from the hour drive!! So Due to the process of the return & by the way, the Rep for the company was not very helpful, I personally will not be recommending Bellacor & will double check the return process & policy before ordering from another company.
