Dreadful experience but they finely put it right
UPDATE 25/10/23, Litfad have emailed me and have deeply apologised for my poor shopping experience with them and have issued a full refund, i have change my star rating from 1 to 3 as i have finely received a refund, they wanted me to give them a 5 star rating if they gave me a refund but i just cant do that after the weeks of stress they have put me through I ordered a dressing table, it took forever to arrive, much longer than stated, the shipping number they gave me kept saying it had been delivered in January 2023 i hadn't ordered it until August so that was wrong for a start, when it finally arrived the box was quite battered and i could here the contents falling around inside the box it didn't fill me with much hope, on opening it most of the wood was chipped, the mirror smashed, there were shards of glass everywhere. I contacted litfad and they didn't care, after weeks of me messaging them and raising a paypal dispute they finely said that if i return the dressing table back to them they would refund me, how was i suppose to get a dressing table from uk to china, it would of cost more than the dressing table did, so i had to accept i had lost my money, the chap i spoke to from paypal said they have had so many complaints about the company and all i could do was write a review on here to hopefully warn other potential customers.
