I love buying glasses from you guys, but..
I love buying glasses from you guys, I've got a lot of them. Like 50 pairs of something like that. But twice the frames have snapped. I didn't drop them or do anything that might cause this, it just spontaneously happened. It's never happened with any other company. I've got about 200 glasses. I wonder if there's anything that could be done about this, when shaping the lenses.. I Loved both pairs and probably should have tried to get a replacement, but I'm usually too busy for complaints and reviews. I just thought you guys should know.
