No confirmation or tracking email received. I did reach out and to be honest the response was quite rude which made me think that they are non-English speaking? Finally received my product, and to be honest, the quality isn’t just up to scratch. I opted for the personalised keychain and it looks as if they have skipped the polishing process towards the end. Edges are rough and product isn’t bright. . Such a shame because it has such potential
