I tried tracking my shipment with Shopify as directed and they couldn’t track or due to no tracking number. I tried contacting Clearalif twice via email with no response. I finally got my order of magnolia detergent laundry soap sheets and used on 3-4 loads following directions using proper amount of sheets depending on load size and can’t smell a thing on clothes. Very disappointed!
