Vindictive company when receiving feedback
Vindictive company who will not tolerate any review containing any accurate / reallistic feedback associated with their products if not wholly positive. I have been customer of Ulefone for many years and have enjoyed many of their products however when I questioned the price considering some of the limitations of their Armor 28 Ultra smartfone on a social media platform, they blocked me so that would be purchasers wouldn't be able to see this feedback - they have therefore become an unscrupulous company and now only appear to care about selling overpriced products - the complete opposite of their original customer proposition.
