The dress I ordered was sent back by the postal station before I could pick it up. I've contacted the support mail three times, all of my mails were ignored. I never received an answer or a refund. DO NOT BUY Edit June 2024: I was recently contacted by the support department and offered a refund of 40%, then 40% and a voucher for the remaining 60%. After I said that was not acceptable to me, I was finally given a full compensation. I do hope they keep more on top of their customer support than in the beginning of this year.
