I bought 2 items from this company. After 2 months part of the order was delivered. It was of poor quality so I asked to return only to be sent many emails offering 5% and to keep the item. I chased the rug order as the order stated it was all complete. They sent a new tracking number and then a photograph saying the rug had been delivered. I contacted them to advise the photo was not my address. This was 3 weeks ago. I email several times everyday asking for a refund. There response is…” be patient we will contact you in 24 hours” Every day the ordeal begins again. Still no rug. £242 taken and no rug.. UPDATE. 2nd November 23. Litfad has finally responded and paid in full my payment of £242 due to me not receiving the order placed August 23. Thank you Litfad.
