They sent me a nice light but it was smaller than what was advertised. It took a while of back and forth emailing of haggling refund amounts and suggesting i should return and pay for postage. However after transferring to VIP support i got a 90% refund. Better than nothing. The company dont adhere to consumers rights of returning items however they have supported me once referred to the VIP team. I will not be ordering from the company again but gave 3 stars as they agreed to give me 90% back.
