Withdrawal Delayed and Support is Ignoring My Ticket #434 - UID: 630327
I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Funbox. I requested a $10 withdrawal over 24 hours ago, and until now, the funds have not reached my Trust Wallet. I opened a support ticket (Ticket ID: #434) and provided all my details (UID: 630327), but I have received no response from the support team. They are completely ignoring my messages in the live chat as well. It seems they use "network security" as an excuse to hold user funds. If you value your money, stay away from this platform until they prove they can process withdrawals and respect their customers. I will update this review ONLY if they resolve my issue and send my money.
