4d Laser mask is DEFECTIVE. It does NOT work. Update: ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT BY ANYONE FROM JOVS even though they indicate in their response that they have replied. NOT ONE SYLLABLE. Where is my return channel specialist!? 🤔 Have sent FOUR emails and filed a complaint with PayPal. No response to emails (using the address provided on JOVS.COM). I am out $700. Pure frustration. Pure ripoff.
