Ordered a T-shirt
Ordered a T-shirt. The quality was very bad. They sent me the wrong size and now they refuse to refund my money and or exchange it. It was a birthday present for somebody and I am so upset about it. I have asked the company several times, but they keep asking for more pictures and stupid questions. I have sent them as many pictures and documents as they request I did exactly what they told me to do but still want me to send them more pictures. Just let me return the item and you’ll see it for yourself … How much back-and-forth communication do we need?
