Delivered a decent bike, but after a long wait.
After a careful consideration, I am changing this review to 5 starts for these specific reasons: - PVY did their best to deliver the package to me and delivered it, even though with a delay. The problem was caused by the postal company - PVY replied to all my requests and helped me with the problems. - Some problems, however, I had to fix in a local repair shop like cracking noise that was caused by loose screws in the middle of the bike. ______ Issues I encountered before. - Logistics company issue, asking company for a refund and instead they keep trying to deliver anyways... - Bad English communication. Some of their support people say the package was delivered, even though it wasn't. - Inability to send the bike to a parcel shop. Asking to send to the nearest parcel shop leads to them asking for a new address instead...
