Cheap chinese crap
I bought 2 16tb drive that do not work and it came from China, when the site stipulate that the device are designed and developed in the US, but it's ship from China in a generic box with no company marking. Then tried to contact by email and phone, the phone doesn't work and email there's no response. Their website says they have a 5 star rating with trustpilot, but we see that it's only 2.5.
