DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!
Firstly, I sent the measurements as requested. Should you really have to do that if you are ordering a standard sized strap? I thought that the size for the Cartier Tank watch was known when you select the watch size from their list. Secondly, I had to send them photos of my original Cartier watch band next to a ruler so that they would accept the measurements that I sent them because they refused to believe me. Thirdly, after all of this hassle I requested to cancel the order which they wouldn't do. Fourthly, after 30 days of our last communication, still no watch band or any indication that the order had been shipped from China. So....Here I am 40 days after the initial order and still no watch band because the factory 'forgot about the order'. I so don't want this but they won't let me cancel the order.
