Not only were they prompt in answering my emails, but they also took a very proactive approach to resolving the issue. They generously allowed me to keep the original item and immediately sent a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost. The new item arrived quickly, and I’m very happy with the quality, the fabric feels great and is clearly well made. The fit was also perfect. I am usually a size small, but I initially ordered an extra small thinking the items might run big. However, they actually run true to size, so the replacement in my correct size fit exactly as expected. It’s rare to find a company that is this attentive and customer-focused.
