BEWARE ordering from this company
BEWARE ordering from this company. The product I ordered is nothing like their advertised photo. I spent 2 months working on this for a gift only to find out you can't read the lettering with the finished product. When I contacted the company I was given the excuse that because it is a stamped cross stitch the colors can run, which I have never, ever run into before in all the years I have cross stitched. The company offered me a choice of a "Partial Refund or Coupon". Why would I ever want to purchase from this laxed company again?! I am posting a photo of my almost finished product, where the lettering should be clear throughout the entire cross stitch are just blobs of color. UPDATE as of 11/16/23 I received this email from Tapestrymarket today. I believe that customers should know how this company treats their customers and what they ask of them...I have never had a company ask me to cancel a rating thinking that some sort of refund will solve the problem. Dear customer, I've seen your review of us. We are very sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. How about we refund you 50% of this order if you cancel the 1-star rating?
