WORST than WORST
If there is lower rate than 1 star, I will give -10. The product description is misleading and the product itself is poor quality they did not even state on the website that the product comes from China. I ordered a PRESERVED FLOWER as advertised with photos supposedly printed or engraved on the glass. Instead, I received a plastic rose inside the glass with a printed photo in a photo paper poorly sticked to the glass (with bubbles) some faces on the photo warped. I contacted their support team but it seems that they didn't care at all and did not offer any apologies nor compensation. After few exchange of email, they stopped replying and left me hanging without a resolution. BEWARE of this UUBOU company!
