Hard to refund / It didn't work
I ran into the FAQ page about how to recover permentantly deleted emails and tried every option until they recomeneded their trial. Their trial showed me I could recover the files but would not let me validate if it was recoverable. I purchased a licence because I saw the trust pilot of the parent company and the 30 day money back gurentee. Unfortuently it did not work and I've been debugging with the agent just to process the refund. Its already very upsetting lossing something important but feeling like a chump paying well over 80USD or 100CAD for something that didn't work. Be warned, it feels like this comany uses a lot of dark patterns to make it very easy to part with your money and extremely diffictult to get your money back.
