Staff aren't prompt&helpful in generating my receipts when I didn't receive the right amount of sapphires,I received less than 8,000 Sapphires instead of 30k+ sapphires,not even the reasonably amount of sapphires of 9100(1300x7) after I bought 7 packages of 6500 rubies&1 premium support pass,this week Monday(With character log in). Last Saturday I bought 6 6500 rubies packages only,I received 30k+ Sapphires(With character logout). Comes to payment they are so prompt but when I didn't receive the right amount they are backing away stating website package doesn't include sapphires(Claiming might be in-game bonuses for first timer). I spent on game purchases,VNG website plenty of times. Utterly disappointed with pushing responsibility. Will not use this platform ever again. You have lost me as your heavy spenders guaranteed.
