I don't even want to give them one star, but I have to so I can write the review, do not buy anything from this company, they aren't an American company at all, they take your order, which takes ages to come, when it comes it's the wrong thing or colour, you make a complaint, they offer you 15,20,25,30% and you don't have to send it back.The fact that it's there fault his not ex knowledge. Why should you be expected to not have a full refund when it's there fault, you can't speak to anyone in person, they give you 30 days( from the date of dispatch may I add) I ordered it on the 6th April and didn't receive it till 19th, so you've lost half of your 30 days already, then they keep offering you a low amount and it takes them 3 days to answer each time, you keep telling them no I want a full refund it's not my fault, then finally when it's to late they tell you to send it back and you will get a refund, but not until you've paid the shipping cost and they have received it, not forgetting when they get it , it will be to late. It says in there returns policy that if it's there fault they should give you a returns label, but they won't, they tell you not to return it to the adress on the package or you won't get your money back, but they won't give you a label or adress. Contact your bank and raise a dispute about this company to try and get your money back, don't let them get away with your money, it's a scam.
