Messed me around, blamed me
sent me an incorrect dress size, refused to let me return it claiming their sizing had changed on the website (but didn't let me know this till I complained) we ordered the size we needed as per their sizing chart. ended up having to order a replacement dress in the correct size. so now I am £90 down :( Thankfully the replacement was the correct size..
