I bought a course online from this company and they've taken it off of my account without telling me why and when I asked for help they're now ignoring my emails no matter how many times I ask them to. Please help me. I paid for Lifetime access to the konnakol course. It seems that they've changed their business model to be a subscription service, but that's not what I paid for and that's not what I was originally sold and they should definitely be honouring that agreement but they are not. The course was; Author: Alex Ostapenko ; "Konnakol: Language of Rhythm" ^ I purchased this course in January 2023 and now i've come back to it to look at the content again and it has disappeared; but my access was sold as an evergreen product that I would have lifetime access to.
