Mostly good experience, but when it fails it is no fun
Mostly good experience, but when its bad it is not fun to deal with , ordered a thing 3 months ago,. Got it last week, after numerous messages and querys,. Only thing i heard was not to worry, and it is taken care of,. Or escalated to another department that will contact me within 48 hrs. And only thing i heard was again not to worry.. i don't know exactly how many times i asked but many,. And 3 months without any as to what is going on other than wait and no worries, it is BAD ..
