Rude tour guide (Julie)
City line travels "I booked a bus (City line)from KL to Singapore with my family and friends on 14 Nov2023, including children and an infant. The staff member named Julie was incredibly rude and unfriendly, making our trip and day very unpleasant. She was disrespectful and kept giving orders throughout the journey. When the infant was eating, she said, 'Don't let the kid throw things on the floor.' However, when my kid was eating a curry puff, small pieces scattered. Julie came and asked, 'Who threw these things?' We admitted it and offered to clean, but she ordered us to 'clean the floor now' or else the bus wouldn't start, which was unprofessional. My 4-year-old got scared by her approach and said, 'Sorry, mommy, because of me, you have to go through this in front of everyone,' which was heartbreaking. Even though we cleaned, she also asked us to dispose of other items (used masks, half-empty coke bottles) that were already there when we boarded. From now on, I won't choose this travel service, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends. One staff member has worsened my view of the entire company. Despite other positive aspects, the overall experience was not good, and I won't book with this travel service again."
