Good service
The customer support is honestly the best I've seen in a lot of services in general that sell this kind of hardware. In general overall they were really helpful whenever I was struggling with the software and even had an issue with my PC pertaining to the software I had downloaded. They even refunded me the money that I had spent because of the product malfunctioning, which was honestly a great great deal of paying the butt for them because it wasn't their fault. It was on the product's fault but they had to take fault for it and I really respect that. Honestly it was just an overall great customer service experience
