This company has very poor management
This company has very poor management. First of all, when you email them about certain issues, they send back a templated reply saying as following: "Thanks for your email. We're currently experiencing high volume of enquiries & are working hard to respond to each one as quickly as possible" But it has been 24 hours since this email, and no one is responding. Working hard or sleeping hard? Even their so called chat is also a templated answer of similiar content as above. When nothing goes wrong, all is good. When something goes wrong, all hell will break loose.
