Ive ordered a phone from Dashi163.com six months ago. Theyve send me tracking numbers wich belonged to other people. Ive begged them to give my money back but they refused. Every time i confront them they tell me its a problem at logistics and that i have to wait ten days so they can sort it out. After the ten days they send me a tracking number that belong to other people. How cam i report them and claim my money back
