Terrible
I ordered two dresses from cherley on 25.9.2023. I received one of the dresses late. This dress is of terrible quality. I have not yet received the other dress. I have not received a reply to my request for a returns label. I paid €100 for the two dresses and have not received the money. Furthermore, I cannot return the dress.
