Daughter had phone stolen at a festival.. super easy to claim as long as you have all the documents to hand . Claim processed within 48 hours and replacement phone arrived next working day 9:30am. One tip for Taurus: checklist of all the documents required in the event of a claim would be great when taking out a policy and also a list of the actions to take in the event of loss/theft as there were more things than I fully appreciated.
