Hidden high customs fees
Had to pay 150 euros import fees on a 365 euros grinder. They do not call this out on their website, and do not accept returns, so you either pay the extra fees or you lose the product and the money. EDIT: I got in touch with customer support and got a refund of all VAT, which covered a big chunk of the fees. Since the grinder is working great, changing my rating to 4 stars.
