I purchased 2 pair of shoes and they don't fit. I ask to return them but they keep trying to offer me a partial refund and keep the shoes to resale. I do not want to do that. Now the tell me to take pictures but there is no way to put pictures on the form. I tried to email to their address on the page but that doesn’t work. I tried to use the message and it tells me it can’t be found. I am really getting tired of the runaround.
