No transparency, too many inconsistencies
RUN! Do NOT use this company. They will change the price of the monthly subscription whenever they see fit. They will not tell you nor give you a heads up. A price jump of $20/month? For what? There is "live" chat for pro members, but no one is there on the other end. They don't care about their customers, only $$. After 2 years of being with this company and giving them the benefit of a doubt, I'm done. So not worth it, especially at almost $50/month! RUN
