I am not the most tech savvy and before travelling overseas I decided to clean out all my old eSIMs. Well little did I know what hassle this would cause with no data at Immigration in India. Connected to the hotel Wifi I tried to problem solve with ChatGPT. Eventually I put the Jetpac helpline phone number into WhatsApp. Within a couple of minutes the technician was able to solve the problem and sent a link to reinstall a new eSIM with instructions of what to do in future. I am so relieved. I had considered having to buy a new phone. Next time I think I will reach out to the help desk first. Great support.
