Superior service and attention from Seeking Alpha !!
I've been a satisfied premium user on Seeking Alpha for several years. Recently I discovered a problem with their online portfolio view and contacted them. I worked with Garima in customer service who was very knowledgeable and patient with me. After several iterations of emails, they committed to fixing the problem with "1 Yr Total Return". Within days the problem was fixed on their web site. This made me much more productive in getting accurate, up-to-date information on my portfolio and watchlists. My hats off to Seeking Alpha.
