Best customer support EVER
I bought a Lightpad Max and I suspect it was likely mishandled during shipping as it was flickering on the two brighter settings. I emailed customer support, and they responded within the hour, and replaced the light immediately. This was easily the best customer support experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. In this day and age, obtaining warranty support can be elusive and frustrating... Alaska Northern Lights sets a new standard in this area and I think other companies would do well to follow their lead. Thank you again!
