Awful service
Awful service - rude and incompetent. Waited a month for my wine, only for them to only deliver 1 bottle out of 6. They had never actually had 6 in stock. After chasing them frequently by email, I got a partial refund with bitter and aggressive email responses. Eventually, after a series of rude emails and a manager bad mouthing at me and hanging up, I got a full refund.
