Frontline Source Group Recruiter was NOT TYPICAL :-)
My Frontline Source Group recruiter was truly interested in the type of position I wanted to find - not just plugging me into job openings she had at the time.... Our discussions were very honest and conversational and she took the time to get to know me - to get a read on personality - and to use that very important information to find me a wonderful position :-)
