Exceptional Customer Service from Leo
I’ve been ordering from Printdoors since September last year, and overall my experience has been very positive - especially thanks to their customer support. I ran into a few challenges along the way, and I want to specifically commend Leo for how she handled everything. She genuinely listened to my concerns, understood how time-consuming and stressful these issues can be for sellers, and took them seriously rather than brushing them off. Leo went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, arranged replacements where needed, and worked hard behind the scenes to improve things going forward. What impressed me most was her attitude - patient, professional, and truly customer-focused. It’s rare to find support staff who are this responsive and willing to advocate for their customers.
