Great customer service and enjoyable lessons
I took 1-on1 lessons in Mandarin and although I had to change schedules and teachers at one point, I was always asssited through every single process. My messages were responded in less than a day and the people at That's Mandarin were very quick to do their best to help me out and ask for additional feedback. Besides excellent customer service, I particularly enjoyed my teachers. I personally enjoy the combination of a focus on pronounication and the way in which every lesson is divided into different themes. My teachers were also very friendly and approchable and went out of their way to create a productive learning environment. Lessons can be reviewed after class while the website also allows you to listen to the different words, provididng correct pronounciation. So far I have taken 16 hours of Mandarin and I will certainly continue to use more That's Mandarin lessons. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone that want to learn a new language!
