AVOID THIS COMPANY - SCAM! I wished I had read these reviews (so many have had the exact responses and issues as me) before placing my order for 2 geeky sweatshirts! To explain . . . I ordered the 2 sweatshirts on 3 December, I got a confirmation email and order number reference and they took my money, all straight away. I chased them up on 8 December (I replied to the order confirmation email) as I'd heard nothing (website said 3 - 5 days dispatch) and got a reply asking me for loads of details including order number and email which was on the original email below it, from this I knew something was not right! So I spelt everything out in detail so there was no doubt or confusion. I then got a reply later that day (I'm doing well!) but they gave their apologies as usual but said it had "entered the packing stage!" and they'll send me a tracking number once dispatched etc, etc. So I replied the day after, 11 December, stating if it's took 7 days just to get to the packing stage so I assumed I'll not get it for Christmas - and in that case please give me a full refund. I then got a reply yesterday, 18 December saying "We completely understand your concerns about product quality" - I never said anything about quality, just shipping queries. They then offered me "As a small thank‑you for keeping your order, we’d like to offer you a 10% discount on this purchase" if I agreed, which I didn't - I just want my goods or a refund. They even signed off with "Thank you again for your trust and support." NO, I DON'T TRUST YOU! All these bad reviews have said the same things as I've had, they also apologise A LOT (as you'll see on the other reviews) but no action - They are very good at stalling for time and apologising but not good at actually sending the stuff out. I've just replied again asking for a full refund if I don't receive them in the next few days (I'm sure I won't get either but I'll keep trying) or I'll approach some trading Standard authorities and my Bank. It's such a shame they can get away with all these failings and still trade. Good luck if you still decide to order off them! UPDATE 24 Dec 2025 It's funny that once I posted this review I got the reply from them below and an email letting me know that they are giving me a full refund - although after weeks of asking them for a refund if I wasn't going to receive my shirts for Christmas! In fairness I have now received the full refund which was only after a few days, so I hope this helps and assures other purchasers, although I still won't be ordering off them in the future.
