I spent $71 to get The Book Lover’s Advent Calendar “with bookmarks, ornaments greeting cards and more!” It arrived today- but every single pocket is empty- there are no items in the pockets- am I meant to find and fill the 25 pockets myself?? Impossible to reach a support team- feel ripped off
