Ivy from customer service - GREAT SUPPORT!
I am using xtool d1pro 20w. During cleaning process I pulled out a wires from the fans. I was trying to get the fan on the market but I have contacted xtool support as well. Ivy from xtool replied me straight away and offered a kind support. I had to deliver pictures shows the fans is broken and Ivy organized a new fan for me aboslutely free of charge. Fan came yesterday! Laser is fixed. Thank you Ivy for your kind support.
