Garment that arrived didn’t look like the one advertised
The garment that arrived didn’t resemble the garment that I saw on the website (different colour and lower quality than you would expect for £60). I am attempting to return the garment but the returns process is extremely convoluted (it needs to be posted to China (which as the company’s email points out may cost up to 40$ and the call centre is Chinese language only).. Poor returns service and poor customer service. Won’t be buying from them again. **EDIT- thanks for the helpful response after you saw the Trustpilot review. Thanks for the refund also**
