If I could give 0 stars I would. Site says product would ship in 1-3 business days. After over 3 weeks of going back and forth with this "company" (careful there are many sites claiming to be the legit Carlinkit company) they never sent out the product. I had to go through PayPal for a refund. Customer service rep "Sara" from China kept making excuses and promising it would ship in a few days but never did. Manager "Lily" from China got nasty over email and threatened me. I have all the emails saved for reference. Avoid at all costs.
