I purchased multiple esim packages and had trouble setting it up. Thanks to Nel at customer support for fixing the issue quickly.
I purchased multiple esim packages though the jetpac website and follow their steps to email each individual users their details to install. For some reason, there was issues with assigning users an esim. Thankfully I was able to talk to Nel on what's app to resolve the problem in 20 minutes. I have to say I haven't tried out the esim abroad yet but at least Nel helped us set up the accounts.
