Exactly what I've been looking for!
I have been looking for an exercise routine that fit my age group and also my budget. I am 70 and retired on a fixed income. This program is exactly what I have been looking for!! The price is affordable for someone on a fixed income, and the program is easy enough for someone my age. I have only had it for 3 days, but I already am feeling improvement in my mobility. I love how Meredith has designed the movements for an older individual and how she walks you through each exercise and then does it with you, so you know you are doing it right. I have already referred this One and Done program to my sister. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
