Great product and support. Had an issue regarding SSD and was sent a replacement PC almost instantly. This M7 Ultra w/32 GB kick some butt. Can handle all my games seamlessly. My next Mini will be a K12 w/64

I have my mini for exactly one month…
I have my mini for exactly one month and it will no longer boot. it will only go to the bios page. I get no response to emails to support. not happy!!
